There wasn't a single platform which Pawreans could use to find trusted pet services and information online. Pawreans had to search different individual websites for a particular service. There wasn't a 1-stop solution for all pet services.
Merchants on the other hand spend a lot of cost in advertising as well as participating in Pet Expo or other events which happen only once or twice per year.
